The session consisted of twenty presentations elaborating the experiences of the final year students who did their training at different institutes and companies. The presentations were evaluated by an expert panel consisted of Dr. J.M.D.T. Ewarad (Former Deputy Director of the Coconut Research Institute), Dr. H.D.M.A.C. Dissanayaka (Senior Research Officer attached to the Genetics and Plant Breeding Division<\/strong> of Coconut Research Institute) and Dr. K.P.P.P. Gunathilaka (Senior Lecturer attached to the Faculty of Livestock, Fisheries and Nutrition of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka). The technical sessions were chaired by the two professors of the department, Prof. (Mrs.) N.S. Kottearachchi and Prof. D.P.S.T.G. Attanayake. Ms. J.W.
