Major responsibilities of the FQAC are:<\/b><\/h3>\n

1.To promote quality enhancement activities within the faculty liaising with Curriculum and Academic Development\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Committee,\u00a0\u00a0 Teaching and Learning Committee, Research Development and Higher Degree Committee and other Faculty committees and departments.<\/p>\n

2.To liaise with the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) Wayamba University of Sri Lanka and Quality Assurance Council of the University Grants Commission in facilitating the conduct of external reviews in the Faculty<\/p>\n

3.To facilitate implementation of follow-up actions recommended in external review reports, and\u00a0\u00a0 monitor\u00a0\u00a0 progress\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 in\u00a0\u00a0 their implementation.<\/p>\n

4.To liaise with IQAUs in other higher educational institutions, to share good practices and enhance the quality.<\/p>\n
