De Silva is currently <span>working as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Biosystems Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. Currently, she is reading for her M.Phil. in the Department of Agribusiness Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Ms. Nadeera <\/span>graduated with a B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree [First class Honors] specialized in Agricultural Economics from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka in 2019<span>. After the graduation, she worked as a Demonstrator attached to the Department of Agribusiness Management of the same University.
