HKJP Wickramasinghe is currently a PhD student in Animal Science at Iowa State University, USA. His research revolves mostly around the areas of exploring the impact of drinking water, and amino acid supplementations on feed intake, growth, health, tissue residue levels, and gut microbiota composition in dairy heifer calves. He holds an MS degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University, USA, and a BS degree in Agricultural Technology and Management from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He joined the Department of Plantation Management in the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka as a faculty member in the year 2014.
