Ms. L.H.N. De Silva is currently working as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Biosystems Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. Currently, she is reading for her M.Phil. in the Department of Agribusiness Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.

Ms. Nadeera graduated with a B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree [First class Honors] specialized in Agricultural Economics from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka in 2019. After the graduation, she worked as a Demonstrator attached to the Department of Agribusiness Management of the same University. Prior joining the Wayamba University as an academic, she worked as a Research Assistant under the AHEAD DOR Grant operated by the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
